To use them loose, put the small bushing at the bottom, the big at the top, and don't put on the washer. To use them medium, put the small bushing at the top, the big at the bottom, and don't use the washer. To use them tighter, do the same as for medium but use the washer on top. These really cater to everyone!
One pack comes with 2x small bushings, 2x large bushings, 2x washers
